A rum liqueur from Amarosa in Scotland, from the same
team behind Aelder, made with a base of golden rum which sees the
addition of rosehip and wild Scottish herbs. We're big fans of the
minimalist ceramic bottle complete with wax seal. A versatile
tipple to either sip over ice or perhaps with a splash of ginger
beer. Amarosa liqueur is a delicious infusion of sweet rosehip,
wild harvested Scottish herbs and dark rum. Inspired by the classic
Italian amaro and with a distinctly Scottish character Amarosa is
the consummate after dinner drink. Flavours captured using our
unique botanical infusion process perfectly balance on the palate
and our carefully selected spirit adds that all important depth and
touch of the exotic that makes this liqueur so special. About the
Producer Creative duo Rupert Waites and Tom Chisholm have spent
their lives immersed in the landscape, scouring land and sea for
