Segundo Ortiz. We were taken aback when we first tasted this
complex Colombian coffee. Whilst retaining the cleanness you’d
expect from a washed coffee, it also has a strawberry cream
sweetness (from an extended dry fermentation process of 24-36
hours) and juicy notes of blackberry and pineapple. Los Ureña - If
we had to describe Los Ureña from Costa Rica, it would be
‘elegant’. The coffee producer Paúl employs women as pickers
because he believes they have better scrutiny in harvesting. The
Los Ureña’s coffee is Honey processed and has delicious notes of
toffee apple and butterscotch adding to the experience of your
morning coffee this time of year. Bookkisa Single Origin - Take

world. This Ethiopian speciality coffee is full of the luxurious
flavours of Peach, candied lemon, and wildflower honey. If you
