honey-baked soft fruits. This ying and yang style coffee is grown
in Huehuetenango, which takes gold as the highest coffee-producing
region in Guatemala. The high altitudes and warm Mexican winds
offer a growing climate the arabica trees just love. Speciality
coffee is the best of the best. It is lovingly cared for throughout
its life, being carefully nurtured, hand-picked and processed to
bring out the awesomeness locked inside. To gain speciality status,
the coffee must gain a quality score of at least 80 points from
100. We freshly roast coffee multiple times each week, grind fresh
to order to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee possible.
