Inspired by our grandfather the late Peter Woolgar aka
‘Wooly’ who served his country in WW2. He had many colourful
exploits during his service and enjoyed a cheeky tipple in the
mess. Our liqueur combines his favourite sugar cane base rum, pot
stilled in Guyana. Infused with dark chocolate and cold brew blend
of Brazilian Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, lengthened with the
purest Welsh water. A decadent small batch liqueur exclusively made
for us by master distiller 'Dai Wakely'. Presented in a premium
heavy bottomed glass bottle with silk screen decoration. 25% abv,

was inspired by our late grandfather of the same name who was also
