Made from the soft new leaves of spring it is also known as White
Monkey Paw (Baimao Hou). Our phenomenal Green Whole Leaf comes from
the Anshun area of Guizou in the South West of China. The area is
remote and largely unspoilt with abundant forests and cloud cover
draping the mountains - making it the ideal terroir for
tea.
