wanted to explore a range of warming botanicals found as far afield
as Africa, Morocco and China. We selected ten that would give the
desired depth of flavour to create a contemporary gin that is full
and rounded. Try pairing this Darnley's Spiced Gin with ginger ale
and an orange slice, or use it to create our signature Hot Gin
Punch in the colder months. Nose: Orange, pine needles, rosemary,
cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove. Palate: Mixed spices,
ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest.
Finish: Coriander, cardamon, sage, and a dry lingering peppery
