Smooth rum embroidered with the floral scent of
British Summer. Rich, peppery notes balance perfectly with pure
sweet honey. We have always had bees on our farm; they are
essential pollinators for our fruit trees. One day we blended some
of the Honey from our beehives with one of our 2-year aged rums,
the result was an instant classic and the easiest recipe
development of all time. About the Producer In September 2015 our
barn burnt down. Forged from the fire and smoke of that day comes
Burning Barn Rum. Our flavours are inspired by this fiery origin -
spiced rum with real heat in it and a smoked rum redolent of
smouldering embers and burnt caramel. We use the finest dark rum
from Guyana, West Indies, as a base for our delicious rums. Please
note: we have just updated our labels, you may receive a slight
variation to what is shown in the pictures however please be
assured this is just a colour change and the product inside is
