It's the third batch of rum from the Guyana's Diamond
Distillery, produced using the wooden Versailles still. No matter
how many times I hear the phrase 'wooden still', there continues to
be a moment of pause in my brain where I have to stop have think,
"Wait, how does that even work?!" Eventually that passes and I
accept that it does work - and it works very well, if this rum is
anything to go by. Probably works much better than that glass
hammer or chocolate teapot featured on the label, anyway... You
must be at least 18 years old to purchase this product. By
