much peel in their marmalade. This also has a wee dram of whisky
added (5mls per jar), purely as a flavour enhancer! Don't worry

Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how
we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and
after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of
raspberry jam was made. We source the best quality ingredients from
British growers whenever possible. We don't just do this because we
believe in supporting our communities, but it also reduces food
