organic matcha is made of 100% organic matcha green tea powder of
the highest grade. Grown in the beautiful region of Uji, near Kyoto
Japan, our premium 'ceremonial' matcha tea is only harvested once a
year ensuring that the quality and taste is incomparable to other
matcha's which are often harvested 2 - 3 times per year. Prep and
Usage Matcha tea: Use 1g (approx half a tsp) per 150ml water (a
teacup). Add a little water and whisk until they aren't any lumps,
then top up with the remaining water. Ideal water temperature is 70
degrees. Matcha lattes: Add a teaspoon of matcha to a cup, add
water and whisk until there are no lumps. Steam or heat your
favourite milk so its hot, but not boiling. Add your milk to your
matcha and enjoy!
