Walnut rakija is a traditional Croatian brandy made of
walnuts. The warm, silky aroma of the walnuts gives this liquor a
richness and smoothness that makes it very hard to resist. Croatian
Rakija is a must at any east-Croatian dinner table, and is
traditionally prepared in the fall, from local fruit. The fruit is
de-stoned by hand and left to ferment in local oak barrels. You
