A family vineyard of 10 ha which is one of the
pioneers of bottling (since 1951). In the family, wine and love are
intimately linked. Bakers in the 19th century, the Haegis flip-flop
for the beautiful eyes of Marguerite Bronner, daughter of a
wine-grower whom Charles married in second nuptials. Daniel Haegi
is the third generation, he joined the estate in 1985. Daniel's
motto is “feed the soil so that the soilfeed the plant ”. The 2013
was the first organic vintage .This Crémant is coming from a
blending of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Its fine bubble and its
aromas of white flowers make it a Crémant of a perfect balance.
Pair with: Ideal for aperitif, with a snack, or all along a meal.
