This Mouse House Smoked Sensation Hamper really has it
all- including an all around favourite, our Finest Vintage which
provides a strong creamy taste with a slight sweet note, a
delicious Apple smoked Truckle which is infused with Paprika to
enhance the creamy cheddar and smoked over applewood chips. Our
Smoked barrel which is an oak smoked cheddar, providing a defined
traditional smoked flavour. As well as our Two Smoking Barrels,
which contains yeast, making the cheese taste similarly to smokey
bacon! We have selected some sweet Balsamic Pickled Onions from
‘Mrs Picklepots’ and our Percival's Sea Salted Crackers. This
hamper contains: Smoked Cheddar Barrel - Smoked over seasoned oak
in our traditional smokehouse, this creamy smoked cheddar is great
with crackers. Smoked Cheddar Truckle 200g - Naturally smoked with
oak and a hint of paprika. Two Smoking Barrels Cheddar Barrel - A
rich, creamy smoked cheddar. Deep and delicious. Not to be compared
to any other smoked cheese. Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g -
Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including
delicious sea salt from Anglesey. Mrs Picklepot Pickled Onions with
Balsamic 440g - Silverskin onions combined with the earthy and
indulgent flavour of balsamic vinegar. Finest Vintage Cheddar
Truckle 200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains
calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does get your
taste buds tingling! Please note: some products may differ from the

substitute with the closest product. About the Producer The Mouse
House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and
daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made
by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed
in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection
of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range
of cheddars as well as a range of products to a compliment the
cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best
way.
