A single origin, speciality coffee from Nicaragua.
This coffee is rich, full-bodied with notes of chocolate and
hazelnut. Find a fruity orange acidity too - yum! Grown by sisters
on their third-generation coffee farm, this coffee benefits from
it’s shady growing condition which leads to a beautiful, evenly
ripened cherry and in turn, a truly delicious bean. Here at Two
Chimps Coffee, we lovingly roast some of the best coffees from
around the world, by hand and in small batches at our roastery in
Rutland. We ethically source speciality coffees from small farms
and cooperatives which often include micro-lots too. Speciality
coffee is the best of the best. It is lovingly cared for throughout
its life, being carefully nurtured, hand-picked and processed to
bring out the awesomeness locked inside. To gain speciality status,
the coffee must gain a quality score of at least 80 points from
100. We freshly roast coffee multiple times each week, grind fresh
to order to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee possible.
We are a climate positive roastery. We reduce our carbon footprint
as much as possible; and what we can't reduce, we re-use, recycle
and plant trees!
