40.5% ABV: Penrhos Spirits first creation, a true classic. Their
own blueberries, cherry blossom and honey combining with subtle
flavours of pink pepper, cardamom and rose petals from the garden
to create an extremely smooth fresh and pure gin. Rhubarb Fruit
Flavoured Gin 5cl 40.5% ABV: Penrhos Spirits second born and a
match made in heaven (well Herefordshire actually). A gorgeous pink
and tangy gin made with 250ml of pure raspberry red rhubarb juice
blended with their own Penrhos Dry to create a memorable gin. Apple
& Elderflower Fruit Flavoured Gin 5cl 40.5% ABV: Penrhos Apple
and Elderflower is a delicious mix of the delicate notes of
hedgerow elderflower and the crisp fruity edge of their own apples,
creating a light refreshing gin. Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin 5cl
40% ABV:Introducing our new Wonky Raspberry. Deliciously colourful,
this limited edition spirit helped to reduce food waste on Penrhos
Farm over the summer, as farmers struggled to shift berries and
fresh fruit. Every bottle has 100grams of raspberries. About the
Producer Some years ago, a chance conversation led Penrhos Spirits
to putting their resources and knowledge together to grow fruit in
the wonderful fields of Herefordshire. With their blueberry, cherry
and apple orchards thriving, they decided to put their name to a
product that is farm-made, hand created and rich in provenance.
Every year the supermarkets reject tons of fruit due to it not
being 'perfect' enough for the shelf. Penrhos find that these
imperfect fruits help to make their gins particularly special.
After two years of research and plenty of tasting, the recipe was
complete and they purchased a 150-litre copper still, converted
their 250-year-old former cow shed into the distillery and in 2018
Penrhos Spirits was created. You must be at least 18 years old to
