Herb Kitchen is family run business, producing beautiful Seasoned
Salts and Fruit Herbal loose teas. Our salts are made from fresh
herbs, dried together with coarse sea salt to preserve their
natural taste and colour. Hi, I'm Petra. I'm the founder of Annie's
Herb Kitchen. The whole idea came from my 6-year-old, Annie, when I
was making my own rosemary salt at home. "Why don't you just buy it
in the shop, mum?" she said. "You cannot really buy this in the
shop" I replied. "So why don't we make it for my friends too, so
they can enjoy it as well, mum?" she said. And that's how it all
started. I used to make the herb salts for years just like my great
grandma used to make them (that was her special secret cooking
ingredient - herb salts instead the boring an ordinary salt). I
never thought about it as a business, but we shared our herb and
salt mixtures with friends and they all love it...SO if you love
