Vintage Truckle – a deliciously matured cheddar, containing calcium
crystals with a sweet note starter. As well as two of our best
selling barrels; Caramelised Onion – a pleasantly sweet cheese and
Traditional Apple smoked – an oak smoked cheese, with paprika. We
have included some of our favourite snacking accompaniments that
compliment our chosen cheeses - our Percival's Sea Salted Crackers,

Producer The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by
mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese
sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese
was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful
selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm
produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a
compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the
