duo: Shu, southeast Asian food writer and cookbook author; and
Olly, a chef-turned-food buyer who saw a gap on the shelves for
easy, exciting flavours outside of the standard repertoire of Thai/
Indian. Rempapa is born from the word 'rempah', or 'spice pastes'
in Malay - the aromatic base for curries, marinades and stir-fries.
