A unique take on a classic London Dry gin. The
Elizabeth gin is expertly distilled in small batches using a
traditional copper pot still to ensure quality. We use a British
wheat grain spirit as the base, as this produces a smooth, rich
flavour that allows for the delicate essential oils and flavours to
cover the palate. Fresh citrus notes and warmth from the juniper
are complemented by a natural elderflower distillate, producing
light flowery and honey-like tones, whilst ensuring a crisp,
palate-cleansing finish. Best served over ice, with premium Indian
tonic water, garnished with a slice of orange, and a few juniper
