This vinegar makes a lovely dressing for all your
summer salads. Add it to barbeque marinades, drizzle over fruit
salad and ice cream. Use to deglaze pans after frying meat or
vegetables. Tomatoes are such a key ingredient in so many cuisines,
we wanted to explore the taste of tomato wine vinegar and see how
it can be used to intensify the tomato flavour of dishes. Tomato
wine is yet to be discovered in the UK but has gained some traction
in Canada with a reported taste profile of 'a hint of fruit with
zesty aspects'. Tomato juice is a widely accepted drink either on
its own or mixed, with the famous Bloody Mary being a great
example. All our wine vinegars are made from scratch with 100%
natural ingredients. They are carefully double fermented and aged
before bottling to create distinctive tastes and complex depths of
flavour. They are all raw, unpasteurised and contain 'the mother',
are vegan friendly and contain no additives, sulphites or
additional preservatives. By using natural produce when it is at
its freshest means that the flavour range is aligned with the
growing seasons giving these vinegars an added dimension of
interest.
