expression is a collaborative effort between Emma Stokes (who you
will know as Gin Monkey), Chicago's FEW Spirits and That Boutique-y
Gin Company, combining grapefruit, pink peppercorn and monkey
picked oolong tea. It's not actually "monkey picked", of course.
That's just a legend coming from how the trees where the leaves
were picked are grown at high altitudes and particularly hard to
reach spots. These days the term is used to signify that the tea is
