This Lowland Single Malt from the family-owned
Kingsbarns Distillery has been distilled using local Fife barley
and delicately aged in ex-Oloroso American Oak Butts, used
previously for maturing Sherry. These casks were carefully
hand-chosen for their gentle oak flavours and rich sherry sweetness
to compliment the famous fruit character of the Kingsbarns spirit.
Non-chill filtered and displaying its natural colour, this whisky
is the perfect balance between spirit and wood. Category: Single

Sherry Casks from Jerez, chosen specifically by Isabella Wemyss for

between the spirit and the wood. Only barley grown locally to the
distillery in the sun soaked Kingdom of Fife is used to create our
