Seville oranges, which are only in season for a few weeks in
January and February each year, to an old family recipe. Our
best-selling Seville marmalade is available with either coarse cut
or fine cut shreds. This is the fine cut version, for those who
don't like quite so much peel in their marmalade.. About the
Producer Jam Packed Preserves is a small family-run business
specialising in luxury, British preserves to the highest standards,
but believe these shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed
Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how we got started. We
had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the
family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was
made. We source the best quality ingredients from British growers
whenever possible. We don't just do this because we believe in
supporting our communities, but it also reduces food miles, making
it a much more sustainable choice.
