The finest ripe blue plums grown in the rich Croatian

is a classic Eastern European distillate. A natural rich aroma,
this fruit brandy’s natural taste and rich aroma are provided by a
special procedure of fermentation and distillation. Carefully
fermented and distilled, the plums are fermented for 3 months in
large tanks, distilled twice and then matured in oak casks for a
minimum of 2 years. Maraska’s plum brandy has been famous since the
Middle Ages and is one of the most respected alcoholic drinks
worldwide. This flavoured brandy is best enjoyed chilled as an
aperitif or digestif after meals; a fantastic addition to your home
bar! About the Producer The 'Maraschino liqueur' originates from
Zadar, on Croatia's Dalmatian coast. Maraska uses the original
Maraschino recipe from the 16th century, devised by pharmacists of
the Dominican monastery and later re-discovered by Francesco
Drioli. After the destruction of Zadar during World War II, Maraska
distillery regrew the liqueur's infamy and brought back the
region's most famous creation. Deeply set with a tradition in
