Ancho Chilli Oil Mild 125ml: A gentle oil from a mild, classic
Mexican chilli. The exceptionally dark and fleshy chillies look
more threatening than they actually are. Very light on spice yet
there’s no mistaking the wonderful Ancho flavour which makes this
treasure so popular in Mexican cuisine. The Ancho Chilli Oil will
lift flat flavours – swirl it into soups, onto baked potatoes or
grilled peppers. Small, dark and have some! Chilli & Garlic
Chilli Oil Medium 125ml: A blend of chillies, cloves of garlic,
steeped in extra virgin olive oil and you have the beginnings of a
wonderful, deep, warming accompaniment. Medium heat on the Richter
Scale, the oil holds a wide appeal providing a flavour boost
without the tears. Complements perfectly Spanish, French and
Italian dishes. Perfect on Pasta with chopped parsley. Splash
generously! Habanero Chilli Oil Hot 125ml: The Habanero chilli is
strong and sharp, producing a wonderfully complicated pungency
which is difficult to match. The yellowy green innocent colour of
the Habanero Chilli Oil cloaks a refreshing sparkle. The Habanero
chilli oil delivers a wonderful, fresh heat. Use sparingly on
delicate foods, loves Pasta, Pizza, Casseroles and Con Carnes.
About the Producer The company was founded in 2013 by Mike and
Fiona Doyne-Ditmas. Initial seeds of the company were started
thirty years ago when we began creating small batches of chilli oil
for use by our ourselves and as gifts for family and friends. The
