Chevre: Made from full-fat raw goat’s milk, the cheese has a nice
goaty smell. Tomme de Chevre practically melts in your mouth, It is
relatively mild, with a light, creamy texture and a flavour of
fruits, olives and hazelnut.200g of Chabi: Chabi Affiné is produced
in Poitou Charentes, Western France. It is a close cousin of
Chabichou. The texture is creamy and firm. Flavour is rich and
fresh with sweet notes and a slightly salty and tangy
aftertaste.Buchette du Poitou: Buchette De Poitou is a fresh goat
cheese in a shape of long log. The paste is bright white, smooth
and dense, and covered with a thick rind. The taste is mild and
fresh with sweet notes. It is extraordinarily good for cooking
with: it is simply delicious when melted, but also a great addition
