enjoy! This set contains: Brie de Meaux 200g: Brie de Meaux is a
French soft cheese named after the town of Meaux. Made with raw
cow’s milk the cheese has a bloomy rind and a rich milky taste. It
has a slight scent of mould, and is full of sweet as well as smoky
aromas, with a flavour of butter, mushroom and almonds.Comté 15
Months 200g: Comté is one of the most popular AOC cheeses in
France, also considered one of the finest cheeses in the world! It
is a great aromatic cheese with flavours of brown-butter and nuts
all balanced with sweet, caramel notes.Pyramide 310g: Pyramide is
an unpasteurised goats-milk cheese. Its shape is reminiscent of its
cousin the Valencay made famous by Napoléon who famously cut its
top off in rage. It has a soft and delicate taste with nutty flavor
when young, it becomes sharper as it ages. It is incredibly good,
especially when enjoyed with cherry jam! About the Merchant Shop
and bistro, Champagne+Fromage brings rustic fare and fizz to you,
served the French way. The first location was opened in Covent
Garden in 2011 and can now be found in multiple locations.
