marmalades bursting with Mediterranean flavour. The four fruits are
typical of the Calabria region in Southern Italy and two of them
are a little more unusual! Try them on buttered toast, muffins or

This wonderful fruit is a cross between an orange and a lemon, deep
orange in colour with a distinct aroma. This marmalade has an
intense bergamot flavour, bitter like Seville oranges but with a
very complex and interesting taste, sweet and tangy at the same
time.Cedro Marmalade 40g: The cedro or citron is a lovely, fragrant
citrus fruit - its flavour when perfectly ripe can fill a room.
They look like huge, lumpy lemons; they are coloured a vibrant
yellow and the skin is thick and fleshy, though there is little
fruit actually within. They are prized largely for the rind, which
makes up about 70% of the fruit and is sweet, tender and
only very slightly bitter.Mandarin Marmalade 40g: Made from
hand-picked, sweet Calabrian mandarins, harvested at their peak of
ripeness for a rich, full flavoured marmalade.Lemon Marmalade 40g:
This lemon marmalade has a lovely tart and zesty taste with a
carefully balanced combination of sweetness and bitterness. We
