the Barbieri brothers from Padova and the recipe has remained
unchanged over the years. Specialists in liqueur production since
1880, they launched Aperol with the revolutionary idea of creating
an aperitif with a very low alcohol content – just 11%. Aperol is a
perfectly balanced infusion of fruits with herbs and roots. Vibrant
orange in colour, it has a unique bitter-sweet and refreshing
taste. Organic Prosecco Vintage Ca' del Colle 75cl ABV 11.5%: This
is a 'Millesimato' Organic Prosecco which means that a minimum of
85% of the grapes in the bottle have been harvested in a single
year, making this a Vintage Prosecco. 'Millesimato' is a term that
is generally attached to wines that have attained a certain level
of quality and purity. Straw yellow in colour with greenish
reflections, Ca del Colle Prosecco has a fruity, fresh and delicate
scent. The taste is dry, refreshing and joyful. Two Aperol Spritz
