Apricot extra jam is a lovely traditional flavour and
one of our most popular. Our jam is made from fresh apricots, which
produces a lovely soft set and flavoursome Jam. While this is a
lovely spread on toast it is also commonly used by cake bakers to
spread on a rich fruit cake to help a mazipan layer stick to the
cake before icing. About the Producer Jam Packed Preserves is a
small family-run business specialising in luxury, British preserves
to the highest standards, but believe these shouldn't cost the
Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't like food waste.
That's how we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our
allotment, and after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the
first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the best quality
ingredients from British growers whenever possible. We don't just
do this because we believe in supporting our communities, but it
also reduces food miles, making it a much more sustainable
choice.
