Edinburgh dining company, The Buck and Birch. Aelder is made from
an array of Scottish botanicals mixed with foraged elderberries and
blended with the whisky for an unctuous, warming drop that's both
wonderfully sippable on its own and fabulously versatile as a
cocktail ingredient. Hand crafted in small batches, elderberries
are infused with wild Scottish herbs and botanicals, before
blending with young whisky and a touch of spice. For lovers of
