offers outstanding depth of flavour. Being the most famous cheese
in Quicke's range, this Traditional Mature Cheddar is made by
slowly maturing a muslin-wrapped truckle for a year. The muslin
allows it to breathe and mature producing a beautiful rinded cheese
with a unique and complex flavour. Each truckle of cheese is turned
daily as they mature, to guarantee consistency of flavour. Simply a
