all across continental Africa. Its traditionally based on chilli,
coriander and cumin seeds, garlic and salt, but many regional
variations occur. Our blend is a fiery, spicy blend of garlic
granules, mint, caraway, cayenne, coriander, cumin, chillies and
sea salt, which is perfect for added heat and flavour to all kinds
of meat, especially pork, poultry and fish dishes. Prep & Usage
Use sparingly, a little goes a long way. Use as a dry rub or wet
marinade. Sprinkle it lightly over freshly popped corn to make a
tasty spicy savoury snack, or over potato wedges or home-made
crisps.
