gooseberry and jostaberry (blackcurrant & gooseberry cross)
parentage. This fruit has hints of all three parents and produces a
lovely sharp, tart, but sweet flavour with very few seeds. People

this jam as a lovely alternative to blackcurrant - it has a similar

shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't
like food waste. That's how we got started. We had a surplus of
fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from
Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the

communities, but it also reduces food miles, making it a much more
