This apple-based jelly is infused with chilli during
cooking and contains a suspension of chilli flakes. This is a
lovely clear jelly with a jewel-bright red colour and no artificial
colourings. Traditionally used as a condiment to accompany cheese
or fish, this makes a lovely glaze as well to add a bit of heat to
a barbecue or on a pizza. This jelly is allergen free. About the

specialising in luxury, British preserves to the highest standards,
but believe these shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed
Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how we got started. We
had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the
family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was
made. We source the best quality ingredients from British growers
whenever possible. We don't just do this because we believe in
supporting our communities, but it also reduces food miles, making
it a much more sustainable choice.
