This whole-leaf pearl four seasons oolong tea is
picked year-round from Nantou County, Taiwan and their surrounding
areas. Made from tea leaves that have been picked year-round to
have similar characteristics as the first flush. Four Seasons Pearl
Oolong is one of our house specialties. Tea leaves are rolled into
pearls after harvesting and fully open when brewed. Technically,
oolong is a type of tea that is between green and black tea. It has
green tea properties but with a more aromatic and floral taste than
your typical green tea. A fragrant and healthy tea with refreshing
lemony and white flowery notes. Have a cup in the morning or after
a heavy meal. This Oolong comes alive like an Italian concerto.
Prep & usage Boil some water and let it sit in the kettle for
1-2 minutes to allow to cool to about 95°C. Then steep your tea
tent for about 3 minutes. Adjust steeping time to taste. Each tea
tent can be brewed twice in a normal sized mug. This tea can be
cold-brewed. Put one tea tent in a litre of still water, sparkling
water or tonic. Leave overnight for a refreshing cold drink or
mixer. Cold-brewed in sparkling water, the tea will look like
prosecco.
