smoked on our farm using traditional methods. This gift set
contains: Traditional Apple smoked Cheddar Barrel - A smooth mature
cheddar smoked in our traditional smokehouse using wood chippings
from apple trees. Smoked Cheddar Barrel - Smoked over seasoned oak
in our traditional smokehouse, this creamy smoked cheddar is great
with crackers. Lymn Bank Strongest Cheddar 145g - Matured for two
years this extra mature cheddar is smooth and full of flavour.
Percival's Onion & Pineapple Chutney 225g - Combining the
sweetness of pineapple with a delicious tang of onion. A perfect
addition to any cheeseboard. Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g -
Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including
delicious sea salt from Anglesey. Please note: some products may
differ to the photograph shown due to stock levels. However, we
will always substitute with the closest product. About the Producer
The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother
and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is
made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was
formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful
selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm
produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a
compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the
