A chemical-free, decaffeinated coffee with notes of
chocolate, limes and blood orange acidity. This is a single origin
coffee and is decaffeinated using a sugar cane process. The process
is gentle and guaranteed to keep the coffee’s taste and aroma. Here
at Two Chimps Coffee, we lovingly roast some of the best coffees
from around the world, by hand and in small batches at our roastery
in Rutland. We ethically source speciality coffees from small farms
and cooperatives which often include micro-lots too. Speciality
coffee is the best of the best. It is lovingly cared for throughout
its life, being carefully nurtured, hand-picked and processed to
bring out the awesomeness locked inside. To gain speciality status,
the coffee must gain a quality score of at least 80 points from
100. We roast this decaf coffee by hand and in small batches, but
very delicately to ensure that we bring out the natural flavours of
the coffee. We roast multiple times a week and post daily to ensure
you always received the freshest coffee. We are a climate positive
roastery. We reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible; and
what we can't reduce, we re-use, recycle and plant
trees!
