Chimps Coffee, we lovingly roast some of the best coffees from
around the world, by hand and in small batches at our roastery in
Rutland. We ethically source speciality coffees from small farms
and cooperatives which often include micro-lots too. Speciality
coffee is the best of the best. It is lovingly cared for throughout
its life, being carefully nurtured, hand-picked and processed to
bring out the awesomeness locked inside. To gain speciality status,
the coffee must gain a quality score of at least 80 points from
100. We freshly roast coffee multiple times each week, grind fresh
to order to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee
possible.
