Serre Calabre in southern Italy, an area famed for its orchards and
farms which produce some of Italy's best quality fruit and
vegetables. Using state of the art technology combined with ancient
recipes, our producer creates jams and spreads with a genuine taste
of the Mediterranean. Fresh fruit is cooked at a low temperature
and in a vacuum to preserve fragrance and flavour. It is then
pasteurised but no chemical preservatives, colourants or additives
are used guaranteeing a natural, wholesome product.
