is made with a combination of leaves from the first and second
harvest and ground with a traditional granite stone mill, a process
that takes more than an hour to grind 30 grams. This award-winning,
high quality matcha is perfect for people who enjoy their matcha as
a latte or smoothie and can also be consumed as a tea.
Characteristics: Rich in flavour, smooth and creamy. Vegan friendly
and gluten free. Preparation: Place 1/2 heaped teaspoon of matcha
into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl to remove any lumps. Add a
few drops of 80℃ water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more
80℃ water or milk if making a latte and whisk until frothy and
smooth.
