herbs, salt and naturally lots of chilli pepper. Bright red in
colour with a fiery taste, our 'Nduja is the real thing, made in
Spilinga in the province of Vibo Valentia, the birthplace of this
delicacy. Spread it on bread or bruschetta - it's even better if
warmed up first - why not invest in our authentic hand made ceramic
Scalda 'Nduja'which does the job perfectly? 'Nduja also gives an
incredible flavour when you add it to a 'soffritto' (lightly fried
onions celery and carrot) as the basis of a tomato sauce for pasta
or just on its own with the addition of a little of the pasta
water. Delicious too on a pizza or alongside medium seasoned
cheeses. Our 'Nduja is made following a traditional Calabrian
recipe and naturally contains no additives, preservatives or
colourants.
