Long and lingering dry silky texture blended with
Mallorcan olives and a hint of cilantro. After an amazing trip to
the Son Moragues estate in Valldemossa where they grow centuries
old olive trees, we decided to experiment with an olive distillate.
After the October harvest and the first olive oil pressing, we used
the olive pomace and created the unique La Mallorquina Olive Gin.
1st batch of 3000 bottles was released in April 2018. In January
2019, la Mallorquina won the Best Spanish Signature Botanical Gin
and in February 2019 won The World's best Signature Botanical gin
at the World Gin Awards. What an achievement! 4000 gins were blind
tasted with 5 categories, La Mallorquina won the World's best
