Sustainable British wheat vodka that plants a tree for
every bottle. Our vodka is distilled four times from 100% British
winter wheat, which has a naturally high starch content, giving it
a natural sweetness with hints of vanilla and lemon, and smooth and
creamy finish. It is best enjoyed chilled, or as an easy highball
with a seasonal fruit cordial topped with soda over ice. We believe
in more than just high quality spirits. To help the environment, we
plant a two year old sapling tree for every bottle sold. One of our
trees in its lifetime can sequester up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon,
which outweighs the carbon impact of producing a bottle of vodka.
We have planted trees in London to tackle urban pollution and
reconnect people with nature, and fruit trees in Sussex and Bristol
on agroforestry projects with farmers. Our ambition is to plant 1
million trees by 2025 - we have planted over 10,000 in our first
year. Each bottle has a number on the lid, which you can type into
our website to track where that tree has been planted. About the
producer: Sapling was founded in 2018 by two childhood friends, Ed
Faulkner and Ivo Devereux, who wanted to change the way people
think about sustainability in drinks. Combining the two things they
love the most - planting trees and having a drink with friends -
they created a brand that allows people to be more sustainable,
