traditional semi-hard cheese made with unpasteurised cow’s milk.
Morbier has a strong smell and a kind of sticky rind. His taste is
mild but still rich and creamy, with a delicious nutty aftertaste
and a pungent aroma.200g of Gruyère de Savoie: Gruyere de Savoie is
a great Alpine style cheese with a gooey melting texture. His
characteristic taste goes somewhere between a Comte and a Emmental.
It reveals a sweet, nutty and fruity flavour on the palate. About
the Merchant Shop and bistro, Champagne+Fromage brings rustic fare
and fizz to you, served the French way. The first location was
opened in Covent Garden in 2011 and can now be found in multiple
locations. Champagne+Fromage is the magic combination of two
different companies, both lovers of artisanal and unique French
