The Ana Birch Syrup Caramel Liqueur from Aelder is a
luxuriously sweet, creamy and smooth liqueur that pairs perfectly
with a number of dark spirits as well as desserts and coffee. Over
a litre of pure sap goes into each bottle, reduced to a syrup
before blending with Scottish cream and butter in a sumptious
caramel. This is then infused in spirit before being triple
filtered to make the vibrant liqueur. Named after the earth goddess
of Spring, Ana is an all natural celebration of one of nature's
finest gifts. About the Producer Creative duo Rupert Waites and Tom
Chisholm have spent their lives immersed in the landscape, scouring
land and sea for the very best ingredients. The Buck & Birch is
their opportunity to step out of the hedgerow and into the kitchen,
sharing their findings, drinks, food and knowledge with the world.
