desire to find an alternative alcoholic drink that was refreshing

Percival & Co. Growing up on a farm where they had made
elderflower cordial religiously every summer, the hedgerows seemed
like the right place to start. We strive to be a sustainable brand
and have set up a Hedge Fund to support the regeneration of our
hedgerows. Through drinking Percival, we can help contribute to the
preservation of the countryside around us. The team at Percival
& Co. volunteer throughout the year in planting saplings into
the Cumbrian hedgerows and annually donate 3% of their profit to
