Vacuum-packed Salchichón made with a carefully curated
selection of lean pork and seasoning. The Salchichón comes from
Iberian pigs of the Jabugo area in the Aracena mountains, situated
in the southwestern region of Andalusia in Spain. It is a natural
park as well as World Biosphere Reserve. The pigs must be at least
50% pure Iberian in their race to be named as such. Breeding must
also take place under an extensive regime where the animal can move
freely and have physical exercise.
