with the cross of St James iced on. An iconic product of Santiago
city, in Galicia. Our ready-to-eat cake is made of a pastry case
filled with almond paste. Please note: although it's a frozen cake,
the cake will not arrive frozen. It will be delivered to you ready
to eat, as we use an ambient temperature courier service. Cake can
be kept refrigerated for 5-10 days. Do not refreeze.
