Inspired by September when the hops are harvested in
the northern hemisphere. We have created a gin using the
traditional British hop 'Fuggles' known for its spicy blackcurrant
notes and Maris Otter malt which is used extensively in British
beers. Tasting Notes The Nose: A big nose of hops, blackcurrant
spicy notes at the front and slight maris otter malt in the
background. The Mouth: Subtle juicy blackcurrant notes at the
forefront, followed by well-rounded spice/warmth, backed by sweeter
notes from the malt. Followed by further fruit notes from the hops
